Laces and narrow openings make putting on shoes harder than it should be. The Easy-Strap has one wide strap that opens all the way, so you can slide your foot in while seated and press it closed. No laces, no struggle.

Find your size in 2 minutes
Go by the length of your foot, not by the size you usually wear. Brands vary; your measurement doesn't.
- Put a sheet of paper on the floor against a wall.
- Stand on it with your heel against the wall (afternoon is best).
- Mark the tip of your longest toe and measure from the wall.
- Use the longer foot and find it in the chart.

How do I pick my size?
Stand on a sheet of paper, mark your heel and longest toe, and measure. Then match it in our size chart (EU, US, inches and cm). Between two sizes, choose the bigger one: the strap closes it snugly. Wrong size? The first exchange is free.
Do I need to bend down to put them on?
Very little. Sit down, open the strap all the way, slide your foot in and press the strap closed. There are no laces to tie.
My shoes feel tight by the afternoon. Will these help?
The wide strap adjusts over the top of the foot, so you can loosen it later in the day. The toe box is wide and rounded, and the mesh gives where you need it.
Are they slippery?
They have a wide rubber sole with real tread. As with any shoe, take care on wet or icy surfaces.
How long does shipping take, and where do they come from?
Orders leave in 1 to 3 business days from our partner in China and usually arrive in 7 to 14 days, with tracking by email. Shipping is free on orders over $75 (2 pairs ship free), $6.95 below. Duties and taxes are included: nothing to pay at the door.
What if they don't work out?
Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we refund the full price, shipping included. You don't have to ship them back. See Our Promise.
Can I send them as a gift?
Yes. Enter the recipient's address at checkout. We never put prices in the box. Buying two? 2 pairs are $105, with the discount applied automatically in the cart.
Are these medical or orthopedic shoes?
No. They are comfort shoes: wide, easy to put on, with a grippy sole. If you have a foot health concern, please talk to your doctor.
How do I care for them?
Wipe them with a damp cloth and mild soap, and let them air dry away from direct heat.
Is Gentle Mile a real store?
Yes. We're a small, new online store. You pay through Shopify's secure checkout (we never see your card number), refunds only need a photo, and a person answers every email at formastudio671@gmail.com. More in our FAQ.
