Free first size exchange
If your shoes don't fit, write to us within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a photo of the shoes and the size you need. We send the new size at no cost. You don't have to send the first pair back: keep it, give it to someone or donate it.
Not happy? Full refund, no need to send them back
If they are not right for you, send us your order number and a photo of the shoes within 30 days of delivery. We refund the full price, including any shipping you paid, to your original payment method. No return label, no trip to the post office.
