Do I need to bend down to put them on?
No. Open the wide strap all the way, slide your foot in while seated or standing, and press the strap closed.
My feet get bigger during the day. Will they still fit?
The wide strap adjusts over the top of the foot, so you can loosen it in the afternoon.
How do I know my size?
Use our Size & Fit Guide. If the size isn't right, your first exchange is free.
What if they don't work out?
Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we refund you. You don't have to ship them back. See Our Promise.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 7 to 14 days to the US, with tracking. Our shoes ship from our partner in China.
Can I send them as a gift?
Yes. Use the recipient's address at checkout. We never put prices in the box.
Are these medical or orthopedic shoes?
No. They are comfort shoes: wide, easy to put on, with a non-slip sole. If you have a foot health concern, talk to your doctor.
Is Gentle Mile a real store? How do I know this isn't a scam?
Fair question. We're a small, new online store, so here is how we keep it safe for you:
- Secure checkout. You pay through Shopify's checkout. We never see or store your card number.
- You don't risk the price. If the shoes aren't right, a photo is enough for a full refund. You don't have to ship anything back.
- Honest shipping. Our shoes ship from our partner in China and take 7 to 14 days to the US, with a tracking number by email. We say it up front.
- No pressure tricks. No countdown timers, no fake "only 2 left", no crossed-out prices that were never real.
