Shipping policy

Where your order ships from. Gentle Mile shoes are made and shipped by our partner in China.

Processing time. Orders are prepared in 1 to 3 business days.

Delivery time. Delivery to the United States usually takes 7 to 14 days after your order ships. You will receive a tracking number by email.

Shipping cost. Free on orders over $75 (two pairs ship free). Orders under $75 ship for $6.95.

Duties and taxes. Import duties are included in our prices. You will not pay anything extra at delivery.

Where we ship. We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Gifts. You can ship to a different address. Prices are never printed on the packing slip.

Late or missing package? If your order has not arrived 20 days after it shipped, or tracking shows a problem, email us at formastudio671@gmail.com and we will send a replacement or refund you in full.
